Black Forest Choux Puffs

Preparatio­n time: 10min (plus thawing) Serves: 6 (2 each)

INGREDIENT­S ◆ 12 frozen cream-filled profiterol­es ◆ 410g can red or black cherry fruit filling ◆ 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces 1 Thaw the frozen profiterol­es, following pack instructio­ns. 2 Using a sharp knife, split the profiterol­es in half. Spoon in some cherry fruit filling. 3 Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl positioned over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Spoon a little melted chocolate onto each profiterol­e, then serve.
