INGREDIENT­S ◆ 2 potatoes, cut into even chunks ◆ 1tbsp vegetable oil ◆ 12 cocktail sausages ◆ 20g butter ◆ 2 turkey steaks, cut into chunks ◆ 12 small sprouts 1 Preheat the oven to 220°C, Fan Oven 200°C, Gas Mark 7. 2 Put the potato chunks into a roasting pan and toss in the oil. Roast for 20min. Put the

cocktail sausages into a separate roasting tin and roast in the oven with the potatoes, for another 15-20min. 3 Meanwhile, melt the butter and fry the turkey chunks until golden and cooked through – about 7-8min. At the same time, cook the sprouts in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5min. Drain well. 4 Thread the potatoes, cocktail sausages, turkey chunks and sprouts onto wooden skewers. Warm through in a low oven for 5-10min just before serving.
