Garlic Butter Flatbread Bites With Red Pepper Dip

Serves 2 Mix 1 crushed garlic clove with 30g softened butter and a little chopped fresh parsley. Spread over 2 flatbreads and grill for 1-2min. Mix 80g low-fat soft cheese with 80g red pepper houmous and 2tbsp chopped roasted red peppers (bottled). Cut the flatbread into triangles and serve with the dip, topped with roasted red peppers and sprinkled with chives and parsley.
