Dr Dawn Harper of Embarrassi­ng Bodies for her tips to control uncomforta­ble sweating. “White and black fabrics tend to show sweating less, so stick to lightweigh­t, loose fitting clothing in those colours – in natural fibres. Avoid spicy foods, alcohol and caffeine as they all trigger sweating. Drink plenty of cool fluids and make sure your urine is straw or champagne coloured – any darker could be a sign that you’re starting to get dehydrated.”
