Having a disabled husband, disabled parking spaces are really needed. Sometimes I see people parking there then jumping out of their cars and jogging down the road. Please leave these spaces for people who really need them. June Robinson, Broadstairs I am immensely proud of my eldest daughter. I suffer from depression and we both took up running over five years ago. We did our first Race For Life for Cancer Research in 2012 and now take part most years. This year we are doing the Muddy 5k. Running has helped my mental health and helped Mel cope with stress. I am lucky to have her as a daughter, she inspires me. Lindsey Freathy, Seaton
