And talk­ing to other peo­ple with breast can­cer of­ten helps. Our Some­one Like Me ser­vice can put you in touch with a spe­cially trained vol­un­teer based on your par­tic­u­lar con­cerns – from de­ci­sions over treat­ment, to how to cope with the shock of di­ag­no­sis.

You can also find a wel­com­ing com­mu­nity of un­der­stand­ing peo­ple on Breast Can­cer Care’s on­line Fo­rum, who can of­fer prac­ti­cal and emo­tional sup­port at any time – day or night.
