If you are hosting a party, meal or “do” at any point over the Christmas period, it might be worth having a quick assessment of the tableware, glasses and napkin situation. If you have any festive serving dishes or crockery and glasses, they may need a freshen up and a polish after sitting in the back of the cupboard all year. Buy paper napkins if you need them. Have another quick look to see whether you have enough chairs – and where they can be borrowed from if needed!
