To discover there are still widespread accessibility problems with shops and businesses across the countr y. Paralympian Hannah Cockcroft made a short film highlighting problems like steps into and inside shops, narrow doorways and aisles without ramps or staff who can help. Nearly half of disabled people polled said they don’t visit their local High Street any more. This should be higher up the agenda for local authorities!
