LOOK AFTER YOUR BODY
When you start exercising (note, I say when, not if!), make sure you start off at your own comfortable level. The last thing you want is to become injured. In my plan we offer two levels, so you never have to put undue pressure through your joints if you’d rather not. Once things get do-able, you can start to step outside that comfort zone! Dare you. I’m in my late fifties and I plan to be rocking and rolling in my sixties. I hope you’ll join me.
