When you start ex­er­cis­ing (note, I say when, not if!), make sure you start off at your own com­fort­able level. The last thing you want is to be­come in­jured. In my plan we of­fer two lev­els, so you never have to put un­due pres­sure through your joints if you’d rather not. Once things get do-able, you can start to step out­side that com­fort zone! Dare you. I’m in my late fifties and I plan to be rock­ing and rolling in my six­ties. I hope you’ll join me.
