My name’s An­nie Dead­man and I’m the proud cre­ator of The 21 Day Blast plan, a three-week healthy eat­ing and fit­ness pro­gramme which is de­signed to help you lose fat, soothe your di­ges­tive sys­tem, calm your mood, break bad habits and get you well on the road to em­brac­ing a new life­style.
