Comp anies like Facebook are invvesting in research which could allow us to controol systems, software and gaadgets with just our thoughhts. Facebook has alreaddy enlisted 60 people to loook into preparing us to typpe with our mind’s eye. 5G G phones – who knew! Froom 3G to 4G and now to 5G … wireless internet acccess is expected to increase connection to wireless internet by 100 times more than 4G and enhance connectivi­ty of not just phones but cars, TVs and other smart devices. Self-Driving Cars, Buses And Electric Cars Self-driving cars and buses may have been in the works for a few years, but now they’re being tested in the UK. Stagecoach has confirmed it’s about to produce a single deck, full-sized autonomous bus which it will trial very soon. Also expect more electric charging points to pop up as electric continues to replace petrol and diesel. Delivery Drones Now that new laws have been passed d in UK to ensure the safety of drone flying due to the tech’s potential, Google are set to test their Wing drone deliver y service this year in Europe after making 55,000 successful deliveries across Australia. Soon we’ll be getting lunch delivered right to our office desk!
