✦ I have joined a walking netball team near where I live. I always loved playing netball at school and when I started work at a large department store, I ran the netball team. Never thinking at age 74 that I would play again, especially with a heart complaint, I found I’m able to compete and thoroughly enjoy it. It’s very hard keeping your feet on the ground and walking, not running or jumping, but it’s great fun as it’s not taken seriously and it’s a good way to keep fit. C Davies ✦ Further to Mary’s letter (No5474) about Horlicks tablets – these were still sold in chemists in the ’70s, in a foil wrapped roll about half the size of a packet of Polo Mints. The design was similar to a jar of Horlicks today. Does anyone know when they disappeared from shops? Jill
