Cuisine from other countries eight times a week on average, according to a survey by the New York Bakery Co. And we’re not talking takeaways here – 20% of the average supermarket shop consists of authentic overseas ingredients such as Indian spices, Italian olive oil and Chinese soy sauce, so that we can make our favourites at home. The most popular cuisine is Chinese, followed by Italian, Indian, American, Mexican and Thai.
