DONNY OSMOND
As part of the Osmond clan, Donny was very much the heartthrob of the family, after their discovery by none other than Walt Disney in the early ’70s. The cherubic singers enjoyed years of success on the Andy Williams Show before the family went it alone – enjoying international fame with hits such as Puppy Love and Twelfthof Never. Donny also climbed the charts with his sister Marie and for a long time the family was a mainstay of primetime TV with their own variety show. In the ’90s, Donny headed to the theatre, where he appeared in Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Nearly half a century on from his initial childhood success, Donny is still performing today.
