We’re Planning Our Puddings…
What a brilliant idea – a competition to create a special pudding to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Fortnum & Mason are inviting us to come up with a Platinum pudding fit for a Queen, with a judging panel led by Mary Berry. We know that Her Majesty is partial to a slice of chocolate biscuit cake and she’s certainly cut a few cakes in her time – she’s pictured above with the special cake BakeOff winner Nadiya Hussain made for the Diamond Jubilee.
