Post-Covid brain fog is common, says Healthspan’s Dr Sarah Brewer. Boost memory and concentrat­ion by aiming for at least two portions of fish per week, of which one is oily. These provide omega-3 fats which are both important for brain health and will also help reduce inflammati­on. Plenty of sleep and gentle exercise, such as walking, will also boost circulatio­n to the brain and improve memory – and consider magnesium and vitamin B group supplement­s.
