Post-Covid brain fog is common, says Healthspan’s Dr Sarah Brewer. Boost memory and concentration by aiming for at least two portions of fish per week, of which one is oily. These provide omega-3 fats which are both important for brain health and will also help reduce inflammation. Plenty of sleep and gentle exercise, such as walking, will also boost circulation to the brain and improve memory – and consider magnesium and vitamin B group supplements.
