I Feel So Guilty About Her Gift

have lovely elderly neighbour. Her children live some distance away and my husband and I are happy to help if she needs things. We did her shopping during lockdown and pop over for a cup of tea now it’s over. The problem is, she has given me a family ring to say thank you. It’s lovely and I’ve often admired it, but I feel so guilty. I feel like this ring should go to her children, not me. My husband says it’s just a gift, but why do I feel uncomfortable?
