After reading in a recent YouGov survey that reveals 25% of the people they spoke to reported feeling weary most of the time, while a further third felt knackered half the time. So what can do you to avoid feeling TATT (tired all the time)? Drinking more water could help. Being mildly dehydrated can cause you to feel tired. Also, cutting down on caffeinate­d drinks and alcohol is a good idea, as both have a negative impact on sleep. Stress can use up a lot of energy, too, so try to make time to do something relaxing every day.

Spend time with friends or take a walk in the park, read a book or listen to the radio – anything that helps you switch off.
