We all have a fascination with old photos, but there is now scientific evidence to show it makes us feel good. The Open University did an experiment where they compared the mood boosting effect of chocolate, alcohol, music and looking through old photos and it was the old snaps that came out on top. So dig out some old pics and display them in every room of your home.
