If we’re feeling a bit down, it’s hard to find the motivation to tackle our to-do list but actually completing outstandin­g tasks is a surefire way to feel better. In fact, having a long list of unresolved issues is probably contributi­ng to you feeling anxious in the first place. Write out your list of tasks and do the one that will take the least time to complete, so you get the mood boost that will help you carry on with the rest.
