Explore The Sights Of Edinburgh
Start at the Grassmarket, in Scotland’s capital. It’s one of the oldest parts of the city and home to small independent shops and bars. Make for the Royal Mile before taking in the amazing views from Edinburgh Castle, and the Scotch Whisky Experience is well worth a visit. Even though I don’t drink whisky it was fascinating, and my husband enjoyed my share of the samples during the tasting session!
Relax in the Royal Botanic Garden and on cold or wet days, head for the Dominion Cinema, a gorgeous old-school picture house in Morningside.
