Squeeze stress hormones out by eating foods that boost your levels of the happy hormone serotonin, says nutritionist Judy Watson. “Your body can make this from foods that are rich in tryptophan. Good examples include turkey, almonds, cottage cheese,, bananas,, kiwis and dark chocolate. Plan a tu urkey salad followed by a kiwi oro a banana for lunch. And sn ack on a couple of squares of f dark chocolate with a few almonds in the afternoon. Be careful with coffee as the caffeine stimulates cortisol – so only drink it before midday.”
