A recent study found nearly two-thirds of British people think the current news agenda around Brexit, politics and climate change is making them feel drained.

Choose reputable news sources, not social media, and decide whether you’re going to watch the daily updates at breakfast or early evening – avoid doing both. Especially avoid watching the news just before bed. Try to unwind daily with activities that make you feel relaxed and produce a sense of achievemen­t, such as yoga, writing or running. These are great for recharging our batteries.
