Don’t Drink During The Week

While a few glasses may send you straight into a deep sleep, it causes you to miss out on the first rapid eye movement (REM) stage of sleep – vital for that refreshed feeling in the mornings. You’re also more likely to have to get up and pee in the night and wake feeling dehydrated.

BOOST:

Try to skip alcohol during the week or, if you must have a tipple, drink it with your main evening meal rather than just before bed.
