Pandemic Pastimes
● Just before the Covid outbreak, my husband and my mum both died within weeks of each other, and I decided I needed to get on with life, move forward and not look back. So I became very busy with lockdown projects.
● I launched Rosemar y’s Online Cookery School, which people could take part in over Zoom, and I filmed Channel 5’s Fishing Scotland’s Lochs and Rivers, which was enormous fun. And then, I also filmed Cooking With The Stars for ITV, which returns soon.
● My dream student on Cooking With Th eStars would be someone fun but who would knuckle down, because I want to win. Les Dennis would be great – he’s such fun and he takes cooking quite seriously.
● What would I like to do next? I’d love to have my own cookery show abroad, like The Hairy Bikers and Gino D’Acampo and Rick Stein do. Everyone’s done it except me!
