I’m happy with how I look now, but wish I had the skin I had. I’ve done my best to keep my weight the same, however all of a sudden you look at your skin – there seems more of it! We lose some tightness and youthful bloom, but you can perpetuate it by not smoking or spending too much time in the sun. You can also have a bit of a lift with radiofrequ­ency therapy, Profhilo – and Botox is brilliant! Why not?

I got into doing facial exercises when I was 27 and I’ve been doing them ever since. Simply smiling really lifts our faces – we look a lot better when we smile!
