The experts will tell you – it’s no use having an expensive facial if you’re knocking back a bottle of wine a day and eating processed food! Diet makes a huge difference to ageing well, though it’s not so much about dieting as choosing real, unprocessed food and looking at sugar content. I eat proper butter; I don’t eat meat often but I love steak maybe twice a month. You can still enjoy treats: a little dark chocolate gives that cocoa hit and you can’t beat a lovely glass of red wine.
