PINK GIN SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

◆ 250ml pink gin

◆ 375ml cava or sparkling wine, chilled

◆ 200-300ml lemonade, chilled

◆ Ice cubes

◆ 4 strawberries, sliced and few mint leaves, to serve

1 Mix the gin and cava together. Half-fill the glasses then add some ice, strawberry slices and mint leaves. Top up with lemonade and serve.
