MARMALADE & CINNAMON SWIRLS

INGREDIENT­S (Makes 20)

◆ 320g sheet of ready rolled puff pastry

◆ 3tbsp marmalade or jam

◆ 1½tbsp ground cinnamon

◆ 1tsp caster sugar

1 Place the pastry on a sheet of non-stick or wax paper. Spread with the marmalade. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the marmalade.

2 Roll up ver y tightly, using the paper to help you. Start rolling from the long edge of the pastr y. Chill for 30min. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°Fan/ Gas 6.

3 Cut the pastry roll into 1.5cm slices. Arrange on baking sheets lined with non-stick paper, spacing them apart. Bake for 12-15min until golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
