DOLCELATTE DIP

INGREDIENT­S (Serves 4)

◆ 100g soured cream or

crème fraîche

◆ 150g dolcelatte, cut into

small pieces

◆ 3tbsp mayonnaise

◆ 2tbsp snipped chives

◆ Mini bread sticks and celery

sticks, to serve

Place the soured cream or crème fraîche in a bowl with the dolcelatte and mayonnaise and using an electric whisk, beat together to break up the cheese. 2

Place in a serving bowl and chill until needed. Sprinkle with snipped chives. Serve with breadstick­s and celer y sticks.
