PINA COLADA
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
◆ 600ml pineapple juice, chilled
◆ 160ml can coconut cream
◆ 200ml white rum
◆ Crushed ice
◆ Pineapple wedges and cocktail
cherries, to serve
1 Place the pineapple juice, coconut cream and rum in a food processor with a little crushed ice and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, over crushed ice and ser ve, decorated with pineapple wedges and cocktail cherries.
