White Rabbit Cocktail

INGREDIENT­S (Serves 6-8)

◆ 225ml white chocolate cream liqueur

◆ 115ml vodka

◆ 225ml single cream

◆ Crushed ice

To decorate the glasses:

◆ 3tbsp caster sugar

◆ Lightly beaten egg white

First frost the top of the glasses. Place the caster sugar and egg white on separate small plates. Dip each cocktail glass in the egg white, and then in the sugar, to frost the edges.

Place the chocolate cream liqueur in a jug with 2tbsp crushed ice. Add the vodka and single cream and mix together and stir to dissolve the ice. Place a little crushed ice in each cocktail glass and pour over the cocktail. Serve immediatel­y.
