Worry About Bills Is Exhausting Me!

Iknow I’m not alone and that everyone’s utility bills are going up, but I have sleepless nights worrying about it, especially now I’ve retired and am on a fixed income. There aren’t many things I can cut back on and my husband’s health means we have to heat the house. He’s getting annoyed with my cost-cutting, but I don’t want to worry him with how bad I think things are. I’m exhausted feeling worried all the time, how can I sort this out?
