Love Your Inner Child

-

“Yoga’s Child and Happy Baby poses are good for relaxing your muscles and ensuring you don’t over-contract your pelvic floor,” says Katie Knapton, founder of PHYSIOFASTONLINE.

CO.UK. For Child’s Pose, kneel with your bottom on your feet, then flop forward onto the floor, arms by your sides. For Happy Baby, lie on your back. Without lifting your tailbone, pull your knees as close as possible to your armpits. Take hold of your calves, ankles or feet and rock back and forth.
