Royal biographer Robert Hardman has described the Queen as “pin sharp as ever” and “in very good spirits”. Mobility issues now require a little creative thinking for some of her engagements, as evidenced by her recent virtual meetings and the celebration of Halcyon Days’ 70th anniversary, when company representatives met the Queen at Windsor Castle, instead.
