Then get along to the best ever health and fitness festival Well Fest this July in London with Joe Wicks MBE aka The Body Coach, and mental health advocate and former Love Is land star, Dr Alex George among the headline presenters. After its delayed 2020 launch, the festival will now go ahead at Old Deer Park, Richmond this summer. Created by the team behind the highly successful Irish Well Fest, the high energy event will feature health and wellness experts encompassing everything from fitness and nutrition, to yoga and mental health.
