It’s also possible to travel around Morocco by hired car or motorbike, grand taxi (shared car) or bus.
When to go
Morocco is a year-round destination, with particularly pleasant weather in spring (April to June), when the average temperature is around 20C. To avoid extreme temperatures in the rural parts of the country, visit the mountains between March to November and the desert between September and June.
