Nav­i­gat­ing the com­plex art in­dus­try with Sym­bol­ico

The art in­dus­try can be dif­fi­cult to nav­i­gate as a solo-fly­ing artist, par­tic­u­larly as the mar­ket has long been dif­fi­cult to in­fil­trate. The ob­sta­cles faced are fur­ther strenght­ened by the re­stric­tions im­posed by the pan­demic. With lim­ited phys­i­cal ex­hi­bi­tions tak­ing place, how can an artist sell them­selves well to­day?

The busi­ness side of be­ing an artist can also dis­tract from the creative process which artists could oth­er­wise fully fo­cus on. At times, it may be dis­heart­en­ing for an artist to net­work and mar­ket all on their own.
