Connecting

to the natural world has been shown to reduce stress and improve our mental health in a number of ways by studies in recent years.

A unique set of programs offered by EcoArts Wild incorporates techniques that enhance our connection to the natural world to improve our wellbeing.

The program was founded by Heather Laurence, an artist inspired by wildlife and nature, with diverse experience across a range of therapeutic practices, often involving animals and nature.
