Dinner with... Sophie habboo

for my last supper I’d have a thin pizza to start, followed by sushi, then sticky toffee pudding with pistachio ice cream.

the strangest thing I’ve ever eaten Is a fish eye. I tried it once in Spain.

as a child I refused to eat fish fingers. I really hated them! my guilty pleasure Is pistachio ice cream.

In my fridge you Will always find gherkins.

the best meal out I’ve ever had Was at Zuma London. It does the best sushi.

my signature dish Is a salad made up of all sorts of veggies. my Ideal dinner party guest Would be either the Queen or Bradley Cooper – I love him.

to Impress a partner

I’d cook salmon wrapped in Parma ham with grilled vegetables.

I’m pescatarian so the ham is for them.
