It’s just PR disaster after PR disaster for Meghan and Harry at the moment, isn’t it?

Straight after making an almighty fuss about not releasing the identities of Archie’s godparents, Meg riled the British public further by turning up at Wimbledon and asking spectators not to take photos of her.

I hate to break it to you Duchess Tippy-toes, but if you’re in a public place, people can take pictures of you. And if those seats you’re sitting in have come for free, then you can hardly claim to have come in a private capacity.

The irony was that half the tennis fans who were told off by Meghan’s protection officer weren’t even taking snaps of her – they were far more interested in taking selfies with Serena Williams on court.

It looks increasingly like “what Meghan wants, Meghan gets”. But what she doesn’t get herself is that the public won’t tolerate diva behaviour while they’re paying her bills.
