1The former TOWIE star doesn’t believe in extreme diets to help her stay trim. “For me, it’s all about making healthy choices, not starving yourself or denying yourself every day,” she explains. “But it’s not like I cut out carbs or alcohol or Chinese takeaways completely because they are things that I absolutely love.”

2Ferne slimmed down from a size 12 to an 8 last year by curbing her alcohol intake and doing more exercise. “I’m drinking more water. I’ve cut down on alcohol. I’m doing squats and deadlifts, and [my thighs] have just shrunk. I’ve got much more definition now,” she says.

3She also credits the workouts on her fitness DVD, Fit As Ferne, for helping her tone up. Explaining the plan Ferne says, “We work out your whole body, focusing on toning, building core strength and burning fat.”

4Fast food makes her feel bloated, so eating healthily is a crucial part of Ferne’s lifestyle. “I eat organic food and I cook so I know what’s in my meals,” she says.

5Being a mum to 20-monthold Sunday keeps Ferne on her toes. The reality star says, “It inspires me to stay healthy. I want to be as strong as I can for my daughter and to show her the importance of embracing a well-balanced lifestyle.”
