The reality star, 29, on receiving awards from royalty, being a secret gymnast and her fear of getting hurt in love

MY MOST TREASURED POSSESSION is the dress I wore to the Baftas in 2011. It was the year TOWIE won and everyone said I was one of the best-dressed people there. That was the start of me wanting to do more with fashion and, soon afterwards, I opened my shop.

I’m going to keep that dress forever!

I’M AT MY MOST VULNERABLE when

I’m first falling in love. Before I fall for someone, I try to fight it because I’m scared I’m going to get hurt.

MY PLAN B was to go to university. Before I joined TOWIE, I was due to start studying for an English language or fashion journalism degree.

I’M A SPIRITUAL PERSON but I don’t believe in scary ghosts or aliens. I do believe in an afterlife and spirits being with us, though.

THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE are my mum and my boyfriend Lee.

SOCIAL MEDIA is exciting, creative and positive – if used in the right way!

MY HIDDEN TALENT is gymnastics. I used to do it when I was younger.

I’m actually hypermobile, so I can do the splits, the bridge and front flips. THE TOUGHEST CHALLENGE I’VE EVER FACED was going on Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls. I lost 1st 7lb in two weeks. Physically it was tough, but

I’m so glad I did it. I have no regrets because we raised so much for charity.

MY BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT was when the Duchess of Cornwall presented me and my mum with Barnardo’s Patron’s Awards for our fostering work. There’s stuff I’ve achieved in my career that I’m really proud of, but this was for something where we’re giving back and helping others.

I LIKE TO CHILL OUT by just being at home on my sofa.

I like lying there, eating bad food and watching TV. Home is my sanctuary.

MY FAMILY WOULD DESCRIBE ME as bubbly.

THE FRIEND I COULDN’T LIVE WITHOUT is my sister, Georgia. There’s only 13 months between us, so we basically grew up like twins. We’ve got the same friendship group, we own a business together and we went to school together.

IF THE WORLD WAS GOING TO END TOMORROW I would spend my last 24 hours chilling with all my family and my boyfriend at a barbecue in the garden.

THE BIGGEST MISCONCEPTION ABOUT ME is that I don’t work. It’s so frustrating because I’ve got two businesses and I’m constantly on the go.

I WOULD TELL MY 16-YEAR-OLD SELF not to worry so much. I was a massive worrier when I did my GCSES and I still am to this day.

THE PERSON I WOULD CALL IN A CRISIS is my mum. She’s such a strong person and always has the best advice. If you’re ever stuck, she’ll make sure to call the right people and get it sorted.

I WOULD LIKE TO BE REMEMBERED as a happy person.
