Kris Boyson calls the cops after becoming concerned for her welfare
She’s had a tumultuous year, but it looks like the drama is set to continue for Katie Price as we can exclusively reveal she had a heated exchange with on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson in the lead up to Christmas.
According to a source close to the star, a panicked Kris was forced to call the police to Katie’s home after receiving a string of concerning messages from her.
“Things have been very up and down between Kris and Katie for some time, but she’s mostly been staying at his house and he’s been helping her out with the kids,” our insider said.
“There was one night though when she was staying in the annexe at her mansion. She started sending Kris lots of worrying messages to try and get his attention. He was concerned it sounded like a bit of a cry for help.” But Katie wasn’t even at home by the time the police arrived.
“Kris ended up calling the police, who arrived at her place, but by that time she’d left for a night out with some mates, so she can’t have been that upset. It seemed like she was winding Kris up all along,” our source added.
A spokesman for Sussex Police told new,
“On Tuesday 3 December, police received a report that celebrity Katie Price, 41, had gone missing from her West Sussex home.
“After becoming aware of concerns for her welfare, Ms Price spoke to police and assured officers she was safe and well.”
It’s no surprise Christmas will be tough for Katie. It was claimed she is “devastated” about not having Junior, 14, Princess, 12, Jett, six, and Bunny, five, with her as they’ll be with their respective fathers Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler. But she confirmed she will be spending the day with her 17-year-old son Harvey and her extended family.
“It’s been reported that the dads have the kids this Christmas for whatever reason. Yes they do, because it’s their turn. We do alternate Christmases,” she explained.
“So it’s just me and Harvey, obviously my family. I will do Christmas with the kids before they go to their dads.”
Despite the latest drama, it was business as usual for Katie and Kris, 31, as they enjoyed a pre-christmas trip to New York.
The pair were all smiles in the Big Apple, where they’ve been filming scenes for her reality show, My Crazy Life.
