1Ashley began training as a dancer when she was just three years old. “I want to go out there and move my body and express myself through dance, and the amazing side-effect of it is that you’re doing fitness and you’re toning your muscles, your legs, your arms – everything gets worked when you’re dancing,” she reveals.

2She also works out at least three to four times a week with a personal trainer. “We alternate the sessions,” Ashley says. “So one day I’ll do circuit and interval training to get my heart rate up and down. We do things like burpees and work with heavy ropes. But then the next day I’ll do heavy lifting. My poor hands!”

3The star believes that you shouldn’t completely deny yourself treats. “I feel like if you go to one extreme or the other sometimes it doesn’t maintain,” she explains .“it’s important to eat healthy food because it fuels your body, it fuels your brain, but also I just love a good pizza – and I think having a pizza a week is all within balance.”

4The Pussycat Doll also loves yoga, spinning, boxing – and working out with her boyfriend, Strictly profession­al Giovanni Pernice. “Gio and I do work out [together] sometimes. He dances a lot more than I do, but we have a lot of like-minded things to do together, which is enjoyable when you’re in a relationsh­ip.”

5Before doing a photo shoot, Ashley will eat more healthily to feel her best. ”If I have a shoot coming up I might be a bit more strict with my diet, but in life I like to have a bit of balance,” she says.
