Single Katie Price flees the UK in the ‘desperate’ hope of finding herself a new man
She admits 2019 was a “difficult year”, but Katie Price has vowed to make 2020 a success by bagging hubby number four following the collapse of her engagement to Kris Boyson. As previously reported by
new, Katie, 41, and Kris, 31, split just before Christmas following a huge row. Now we can exclusively reveal troubled Katie jetted to Thailand to party with Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry and her reality star pals in a desperate bid to make her wedding dreams a reality.
“Katie’s determined to remarry in 2020, but after the disaster with Kris she needs to find herself a man first,” our insider told us.
“Kate was getting really bored and quite desperate without a guy, which is why she decided to get away and have some fun.”
And luckily, Chloe’s on-off boyfriend Sam
Gowland had lots of male friends with him on the Thai getaway so there was lots of eye candy for the mum-of-five. “It gave Katie plenty of options!” added the source. Katie and Chloe’s unlikely friendship blossomed last year when the pair enjoyed a couple of wild nights out, but not everyone is pleased about their girlie getaway.
Katie’s estranged husband Kieran Hayler, the father of her son Jett, six, and daughter Bunny, five, wasn’t too happy with her antics.
“Kieran was fuming that she chose to go away, which meant she didn’t have Jett and Bunny for the week she was supposed to,” explained our insider. “The kids didn’t see their mum for more than two weeks over the holidays as a result, which he’s upset about.”
While her children with her ex-husband Peter Andre – Junior, 14, and Princess, 12 – went on a skiing holiday to France with their father, Katie took her eldest son, Harvey, 17, with her to Thailand.
“Harvey’s carer was with them so Katie knew she could let loose and go wild with Chloe,” added the insider.
After landing in Thailand, Katie uploaded a snap of her pool and wrote, “New day, new start, new year, wait and see my comeback independent women side! Before it all begins I’ve come away with just me and my Harvey bear!”
Before her winter getaway, Katie uploaded pictures of herself naked in the bath, thanking the fans who stood by her during a “difficult year”.
It sounds like a holiday romance could be just what the doctor ordered!
