Helen Flanagan has vowed to stop editing her photos online to set an example to her daughters Matilda, four, and Delilah, 23 months, who she has with fiancé Scott Sinclair.

The former Corrie star, 29, shared a series of untouched images on Instagram and wrote alongside them, “I’ve decided to stop editing my pictures to be a better role model to my daughters. I’ve been lucky enough to carry two healthy babies and nurse them both for nearly two years.”

Helen told her followers that since becoming a mum, the skin on her stomach has “changed” and “the change in my boobs definitely has made me feel less confident in myself,” adding “but I wouldn’t change a thing.”

Helen went on to share an example of a photo she had edited along with the original to compare against. “I want to show what I usually do on face tune,” she wrote before sharing a snap of herself with a digitally enhanced bum and another pic showing her natural shape.

She captioned the latter, “No edit. Yes my bum is pretty flat but it’s what I look like and I am okay.” She then vowed, “I’ll be deleting the app.”

On another pic showing dimples on her thighs, she wrote, “I still have cellulite but it’s pretty normal as a woman,” aptly adding the track Respect by Aretha Franklin to the post.

The star added that after overcoming an “awful” eating disorder in her teens, she now has a healthy relationship with food. “Even though I am on the slim side I do not have a problem with food,” she wrote. “My metabolism changed after having kids. I do not care for my size and weight.”
