Actress Stephanie Davis has revealed she’s leaving Hollyoaks after first joining the soap in 2010. Announcing the shock decision to quit her role playing Sinead O’connor, the 27-year-old wrote on Instagram, “Sometimes we make decisions based not on what we want but what we know is right!”
Steph, who previously took a three-year break from the show in
2015, added, “I have loved bringing Sinead into your homes for the past 10 years but it’s with a heavy heart I have decided to leave Hollyoaks and now looking forward to working on new and exciting projects. Excited!”
