The reality star is working out daily – but isn’t depriving herself of treats

Amy Childs is upping her exercise regime in a bid to feel better about herself, we can reveal. The former TOWIE star has hired a personal trainer to help her shape up, with a source telling us, “Amy is all about feeling good so she’s been trying to eat a bit healthier and exercise more.”

Last year, Amy, who is mum to Polly, three, and 21-monthold Ritchie, revealed she went from a size 14 to a size 10 by following her Mum.fit exercise plan and, while she’s had her hands full looking after her children in lockdown and celebratin­g her 30th birthday earlier this month, Amy is back on her health kick.

“She’s had a busy few weeks with Polly’s birthday and then her own, plus all of her work projects on the side, so she didn’t have as much time to exercise,” continued our insider.

“But she’s now back on it and trying to do her Mum.fit for 20 minutes every day. She also had a food prep delivery last week where she can make all the meals she likes, such as pizza, chilli and pasta.”

Taking to Instagram Stories, Amy told her followers, “Morning training session this morning with @katiebulme­rcooke. Let’s do this Monday workout.”

However, while she’s feeling focused, Amy isn’t depriving herself and still enjoys the odd treat with her boyfriend Tim.

“It’s all about balance – she loves nothing more than cosying up on the sofa with Tim with a bowl of crisps or cheese and biscuits and she loves having a prosecco in the garden when the sun is shining,” our source said. “For Amy, it’s all about enjoying life and feeling good.”
