As the star gets TV offers that could take her fame to the ‘next level’, she is said to fear there will be no room for a child in her life
Gemma collins may have had her heart set on a baby by the end of 2021, but the star could be forced to put her dreams of motherhood on hold for a bit longer as her career soars to exciting new heights.
The star, 40, said last summer that she planned to be pregnant at 40 and at the start of this year revealed a psychic had told her she’d have a baby in her arms by the end of 2021. But the Gc is in talks about some incredible new work projects that could be life-changing.
“Gemma is really broody but she’s got so many exciting things lined up,” a source revealed to
new. “She’s told friends she’s signing TV projects that will take her career to the next level.
“It’s hard as she knows with a full schedule, it would be a bit of a struggle to do while pregnant or with a newborn baby. and she’s always said when she has a baby, she wants to be 100% devoted. So her baby plans may have to be on hold for a bit. But she’s focusing on the positive and just letting life happen.”
Gemma – whose other TV turns include Diva Forever and Dancing On Ice – recently rekindled her romance with ex Rami Hawash. The pair previously became engaged in 2013 but they split in 2014. They reunited briefly in 2017 but since then Rami has had son Tristan, three. Gemma was looking cosy with the 45-year-old again at a dinner in april and she teased fans by wearing his engagement ring.
Pals even claimed she was eager for them to start a family. But Gemma played the reunion down in a recent interview, saying, “me and Rami is nothing serious. we’re not properly dating, we’re not getting married.”
Our source claimed, “Gemma is really happy seeing Rami again but she is nervous about jumping in head first. She’s just trying to live life to the fullest and be happy. She wants to see where life takes her.
“everyone knows she wants her happy-ever-after but the problem is she’s not sure when the right time is to just take a step back from the limelight.”
